Hey x00, you really should stop using the term "business dragons" so much. It makes you look like a huge douche.

Could be worthwhile to take a "watch and learn" approach to the just-unfolding history of Google Wave, as it aimed to be much the same as WaveCenter, if not having been the inspiration for it at one time? Also, elephants are fantastic creatures don't get me wrong, but personally I would avoid the metaphor.

Dane- In general, I consider myself to be pretty skeptical. I've noticed that there are others that are skeptical too. I think that's probably ok. Afterall, I never would have believed that Twitter would catch on or that Google could charge by the click. I found myself saying, "I wish I'd thought of that" too many time in my life to shut down an idea in it's early stages. There are lots of "legal" multi level marketing programs out there- in fact the fastest growing company in this month's Inc.500 magazine is Ambit Energy- a Houston Based multi-level marketing company allowing regular people to sell electric service to their friends and neighbors. There are plenty of examples of failed or misleading multi level programs and I think the concept can generate consternation for those who may have an old inventory of diet pills in boxes in their garage (fortunately, I do not).

The part that makes tons of sense to me is the idea of generating a place where I can keep my life organized in a digital world. I currently have about 60 passwords. I'm using an application just to manage them. I visit social sites- not alot, but still more often than I have time for. I have three e-mail accounts. I bank online. I have alerts set up to remind me of things and still left my daughter standing in front of her school for twenty minutes two weeks ago. I have too many bookmarks and still haven't found the time to organize them into folders. I have contacts from my past three jobs going back 10 years. I still haven't tried at least half of the buttons loaded in the toolbar of my browser. Who has the time?

Count me in. I want my piece of the Billion Dollars! "I wanna be on the cover of Forbes Magazine..."

Dane, The UI looks too sophisticated for a simple html/php/css based web application. Is this going to be more like a new and improved browser than a web app?

OK, x00, now your thoughtless assumptions and baseless accusations aren't adding anything new. Since you don't seem to have any meaningful, let alone constructive input, please go troll elsewhere.

I do, however, welcome constructive criticism and helpful suggestions from anyone who sees flaws in the technical or business concepts I'm proposing. I don't claim to have it all figured out. I'm looking for people who do get it and can help me clarify and execute on a plan.

Like I said if thought this was a legitimate business that would be even dumber. Why would I pay to give my expertise and time to you? In your dreams.

You are confused between a business projection and total bullshit. This wouldn't stand in front of a business dragon without you getting torched.

You know too much about network marketing (scams) to convince me you really think this is legitimate. But either way it doesn't matter, it is nonsense.

You also clearly don't understand what federated OT system like Wave is about.

I think you're an idiot. No matter how you slice it, you are advertising a pyramid scheme. These are Illegal. Even your modified version is Illegal. I'd get some serious legal advice before you proceed any further, and before you start collecting peoples money or else you're likely go find yourself in a world of trouble.
